CANCELLATIONS

If you have booked a tour for 2020, here’s what we can do to help.

We have recently had a large influx of emails and calls lately due to the uncertainty with everything surrounding COVID-19. We are working hard to respond to every inquiry in a timely fashion, but please be aware that due to the Tennessee Stay at Home Order we have temporarily shortened office hours during this time and it may take longer than usual to process your request.

We are currently waiving the $75 Cancellation fee due to COVID-19 related cancellations for international travelers with travel bans and any tour taking place prior to May 1st, 2020. This date may be extended as matters continue to develop. We are keeping a close watch on the latest news and updates and will re-evaluate this policy as further developments come about.

If you are needing to cancel your tour due to Stay at Home policies, hardships, or travel bans implemented due to COVID-19, please email us with your name, phone number and booking ID so that we may assist you with your request.

Once we have received your request we will send it to our booking service to process your refund. Our booking service has temporarily created an alternate process for how all their partner’s process refunds and they have disabled our ability to process them on our end, as it was overrunning their server and causing issues with the number of transactions across their platform.

With the major influx of refund requests across all their partnering companies, it has slightly delayed the refund time compared to the normal 2-3 day processing. We apologize for the delay in advance and are currently being told that the processing time can take anywhere from 3-12 business days.

If you’ve cancelled your tour due to COVID-19 and rebook for 2020 High Tide Rides can give you the same rate as before, as long as it doesn’t fall on a holiday weekend. Just contact us and we will be happy to assist you!
